Yoga Vallarta Signature Yin Yang Flow

Emphasizes meditation and breathing while passively holding floor poses for longer periods to enhance chi (energy) and its movement through the meridians (channels)

and chakras. This Taoist yoga style targets the joints and connective tissue of the back, hips and pelvis. Yin yoga also increases one’s ability to perform yang yoga. By having lubricated, flexible joints, yang practices will seem easier. For beginners, advanced practitioners and athletes.

YV Signature Yoga Flow

This is the best and most inspirational class in town! We use all genres of music, we work hard and we have fun. A physical Hatha class that allows your mind, body and spirit to move more freely by focusing on pranayama, asana, alignment and meditation in a flow inspired class. This invigorating practice has a strong foundation in Ashtanga with a focus on core strength and breath awareness building heat in the body to release stress, tension and toxicity. Each instructor offers unique sequencing that includes standing, balancing, seated and inverted postures. Great for all levels from advanced to beginners!

Core Mat Pilates

Pilates is done on a mat using the resistance of one's own body weight in fluid movements. It builds strength from the inside out, while increasing range of motion and rebalancing the body. You will stretch, strengthen, tone and align the body, while eliminating excess tension and strain on the spine and joints. This class is designed to improve posture, core, pelvic and shoulder stability while increasing muscle tone and helps you on your way to a firmer and flatter stomach. All levels welcomed.

Gentle Movement & Stretching

Suited for all levels from those new to yoga, have temporary or chronic physical limitations or who just want a less vigorous class. Slow down the mind and body through breathwork, gentle stretches, movements and deep relaxation. Designed to increase awareness, strength, flexibility and focus. More experienced students who enjoy a slower paced class also enjoy Gentle Stretching.

Yoga for Strong Core

When we exercise our focus tends to be on all the other parts of the body, but not on our core.  A strong abdominal core is key  for a healthy and functional body.  The abdominal muscles are a central muscle that assist us in our breathing, aligns our hips, rotates the truck, keep our torso erect , supports the lumbar spine, and holds the internal organs. Discover how Yoga can train your body and mind to connect to that important group of stomach muscles. Having a strong core is one of the best ways to prevent back pain, improve your posture and enhance your performance in other sports.

This practice enhances muscle tone, flexibility and a peaceful mind. All levels welcome.

Meditation / Mindfulness

More and more research is coming about the benefits about meditation/mindfullness, something almost all religions and spiritual teachers have said throughout the years. In this classes we will try different techniques from many different religions and traditions in order to find a way that fits each and every student. Individual coaching will be given and tips how to live a mindful day to day life. The meditations in the class will be partly physical and given in a non serious, relaxed way. Strictly by donation. Zumba

Una combinación de pasos de baile con movimientos de tonificación muscular o bodysculpting. Una forma divertida de hacer ejercicio , tonificar los músculos, bajar de peso , combatir el estrés y quemar de 600 a 800 calorías por clase ya que es un sistema de ejercicios muy dinámico, excitante y lleno de sabores musicales del mundo; ¡ ABAILAR ! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Wear soft sole shoes. Drop in anytime!

Pilates Reformer - Private sessions

Pilates can be beneficial for virtually all ages, fitness levels and body conditions. The method is like 

a bridge between physical fitness and physical therapy, and can be adapted, modified and customized 
for individual needs. Some advanced moves and sequences seem to demand youthful energy yet others 
are manageable for even the frailest physique. It's more about fitness condition than age. One's 
chronological number doesn't necessarily limit one's movement capabilities - sometimes a 75 year old 
can perform contortions on the Cadillac while a 20 year old struggles with a simple roll up. 
Not a group class, you work one on one with Pilates instructor. A personal training session is 
the most effective way to learn, practice and perfect your Pilates performance. The instructor 
devotes undivided attention to your specific needs and develops a custom program for optimum 
results. Ideally 2x's a week is fine, but you can schedule 3x's a week if you prefer more sessions a week.
