Paul Carrigan

Paul has been practicing yoga for 35 years, and is trained in vinyasa-style hatha yoga through YogaFit (TM).  He has a 200-hour RYT certification through the Yoga Alliance.

Paul originally came to discover yoga through Richard Hittleman's "Yoga: 28-day Exercise Plan," and believes this book remains a very useful primer for anyone interested in teaching themselves hatha yoga.  He has continued his yoga training with Paul King, Johnny Kest, David Williams, Richard Freeman, and Troy Lucero (his current guru), and takes annual CE workshops with YogaFit.  He also learns daily through classes with his brilliant Yoga Vallarta colleagues Alma, Adriana, Maria, and Connie.
 
Paul teaches Astanga, Baby Boomer Hatha, and mixed-level vinyasa classes at the studio.
